we should be able to get it closed this year.
This is after closing on a $2 M complex in Sacramento in October and a $2.4 M multi family deal in
Petaluma (north bay area) in November. For the year it will put us a little over $20 M in multi family
purchases and going back 13 months (instead of 12) it is roughly 535 units. It also equates to roughly $6
Mil in equity raise over those three months.
While the success of the 304 units in OK remains to be seen the other properties are performing nicely.

There is a ton of info on these demographic reports in Dallas. What am I looking for specifically
on these reports to expedite the research? For instance…
* household average income, what do we want to see here?
Male female percentage of the population what’s considered good? What should I be looking
for?
* 2015 total employees what is considered good here?
* total population what’s considered good/bad?
*median age what do we want to see here?
*a particular ethnicity to target?
