The parameters of the deal have be inputted into the document called ” Deal Analysis Teach Call IOEUW” which is also attached. This is a 160 unit apartment complex listed at $10,750,000. There is 142,000 Rentable SQFT, The lenders terms are 20% Down, interest rate 4.5%, 30 year AMORT, 3% closing Cost, 1 Loan Point, 5% acquisition Fee & a 25% Carve out for you. All of the Income and Expenses that you will need to input is listed on the ” Deal Analysis Teach Call IOEUW” form. Determine your Strike Price and your Offer Price. Watch as Jeannie and I input the numbers into the Underwriting Template and then tweak the numbers to get our Strike Price,
