What are the elements required to BUILD and RUN a great Mastermind Group?
How many times a month should they meet?
How should the meetings be run?
Removing members?
How much of the underwriting do we need to show the mortgage broker? Do we show them the bits about our syndication plans, or do we leave that part off?
How much do we tell a mortgage lender about syndication? (I’m talking about equity splitting, not debt). Do we tell them everything about where the down payment is going to come from, etc?
